Cameron Creamer

President/Owner | I was born and raised here in mid-coast Maine and attended Lincoln Academy. I always enjoyed math and architectural drafting classes and spent as much time as possible outside doing things with my hands. While racing cars across New England, I fell in love with mechanics and followed this passion to Universal Technical Institute and obtained a certificate in Diesel & Industrial Repair. After doing this for a few years, I determined that the repetitive repairs to vehicles wasn’t fulfilling me. I started designing, building and selling primitive furniture, which sparked an interest that started it all. I started at Medomak Construction in 2017 and worked up the ranks, eventually purchasing the company in the spring of 2019. I am always researching new products and methods that allow us to provide our clients with a finished product that is above and beyond their expectations. Building a new home or undergoing a renovation can be daunting, but it is our goal to make this a fun and stress free process.

Adam Burke

Project Manager | I graduated the construction tech program at Dover Vocational (NH) in 2005, then went on to the apprentice School of Wooden Boatbuilding in 2007. After graduating, I was a self-employed carpenter in Maine from 2008-2017 when I met the crew at Medomak Construction. I have worked my way from a carpenter, to project lead and now Project Manager since starting in 2017. My favorite aspects of construction are framing, custom cabinetry and the challenge of every day problem solving on site.

Connor Flaherty

Apprentice | My interest in carpentry began when I helped my dad renovate our basement. After that, I looked towards a possible career in the trades. I graduated from Medomak Valley High School in 2022 and joined Medomak Construction in 2023 as a laborer. I enjoy learning new things and look forward to my future in construction.

Gage Hesseltine

Carpenter | I started my construction career as a roofing laborer. My desire to learn and grow led me to Mid-Coast School of Technology where I completed one year of training in Residential Construction. I started working for a local builder, constructing residential homes up and down the coast of Maine. As my skills for the trade advanced, so did my passion. Upon graduation from Medomak Valley High School, I attended Central Maine Community College where I achieved a degree in Building Construction Technology. My time at college introduced me to a lot of new age building practices including, advanced framing, air tightness, energy efficiency, and passive house standards. I enjoy building houses with a high level of execution towards quality and sustainability. I started with Medomak Construction in 2023 because I believe that they uphold and value the same intentions and objectives that I do.

Adem Lair

Apprentice | Howdy, I have enjoyed building since I was young. I love framing and look forward to learning more about finish work. Outside of work, I love reading and writing and spending time with friends and family. I joined the Medomak Construction team in 2023 and am looking forward to expanding my carpentry knowledge and abilities to reach my dream of building my own home one day.

Carpenter | I started with Medomak Construction in January of 2020, but have known Cameron since we were both kids. I enjoy all aspects of carpentry and working with my hands. I also enjoy the visual satisfaction of seeing a project come together piece by piece.

Roger Plourde III

Carpenter/Cabinet Maker | I started with Medomak Construction in late 2019 as a general laborer. As someone completely new to the trade, every one of the more experienced guys did a great job of teaching and mentoring me, as well as giving me jobs that I could not only handle, but would better help me understand the carpentry trade as well. As I’ve learned and excelled at tasks, job requirements and responsibilities have grown as well, allowing me to expand my skills. In each phase of every project, the boss and management personnel are very included in the day-to-day building process. Along with that, everyone on the jobsite is very friendly and willing to help wherever it’s needed. All in all, I love working here and learning new & improving my existing carpentry skills.

Brad Russell

Carpenter | In 2015 I got a carpentry job and quickly learned how much I love it. I really enjoy working with my hands and how each day is something different. I joined the Medomak Construction crew in 2021.

I also worked for the Appalachian Mountain Club building trails in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Office Manager | I joined the Medomak Construction team in the fall of 2020 after a few years at our local bank. Although my part in the construction process is behind the scenes, I love seeing these homes come to life and our clients’ excitement as their dreams come true.
